Office Hours:
Office hours are by appointment. The last appointment of the day is at 5:00 PM.

Treatment Policy:
We generally schedule a time that works well for you. Regular appointments will help you reach your counseling goals. Keeping those scheduled appointments reserves that time for you.

Sessions are generally 45 to 50 minutes in length, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. As people near their counseling goals, the sessions are held monthly.Therapy is a process. While brief therapy models are available, expect to commit 6 months to a year for full therapy benefits.

Cancellations:
If you cannot keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Often, there is a wait list for cancellations, and we can reschedule these appointments if you alert us to changes in your plans. Fees are charged for missed appointments.

Insurance:
Please bring your insurance card. We are able to bill some insurance carriers; however, you are responsible for fees if your carrier does not pay them. You might check ahead of time with your carrier for your “outpatient mental health” coverage, as it is often different from regular medical coverage.

Fees:
A regular session fee for individual work is $125, for couples/families, $150. Sliding scale is available. To meet our expenses, we appreciate payment at time of service. All major credit cards are accepted.
