Steps to Return to Duty

Step 1: SAP Request Sent

  • Visit the FMCSA Clearinghouse Website - CLICK HERE
  • Create an Account
  • Log in using your email and password.
  • Search for one of our qualified SAPs by their FULL name:
    Jacques Khorozian
    Solomon Stretch
    Melvyne Chadwick-Uhlrich
  • Click “SEND REQUEST” to select your SAP

Step 2: SAP Designated

  • Contact us at 800-683-7745 or info@aacscounseling.com to schedule your initial SAP evaluation.
  • Set Up Your Appointment: Our team will help you schedule your one-on-one clinical interview with your SAP.

Step 3: Initial SAP Assessment

  • After your initial assessment, you will get a recommended course of action.
  • Follow Instructions: Your SAP will give you clear steps on what to do next.

Step 4: Determined Eligible for Return-to-Duty Testing

  • Schedule a Follow-Up: Meet with your SAP for a follow-up evaluation.
  • We will ensure you have completed your recommended course of action.

Step 5: Return-to-Duty Test with Negative Result

  • Testing Arrangements: Your employer will schedule your DOT-regulated Return to Duty Test.

Step 6: Follow-Up Testing Plan Completed

  • Stay Compliant: Once you return to work, you will have unannounced drug and alcohol tests to ensure ongoing compliance with DOT regulations.

Our prices cover only the Initial and Follow-Up SAP Evaluations. Costs for the recommended course of action are separate. A debit/credit card processing fee will be added to the prices listed below. Thank you!

One Full Payment of $375

  • Pay $375 to cover your Initial and Follow-Up SAP Evaluation.

  • Final Payment: Make another payment of $200 anytime during the process.
  • Full payment is needed before scheduling your Follow-Up SAP Evaluation.
