DUI Out of State Evaluation

An DUI Out of State Evaluation can be overwhelming. At Aacs, we make the entire process as easy and effortless as possible. All you need to do is to make an appointment and come in with the documents provided to you by the referring state and department of driver’s services or dmv.

The Evaluation takes approximately one hour. Individuals with more than one dui arrest should be prepared for a longer session and be prepared to have collateral information for the interview process.

DUI (Driving Under Influence) clinical evaluation also known as Alcohol/ Drug Clinical Evaluation begins with a scheduled one-on-one session between the person charged with DUI and the state approved SAP(Substance Abuse Professional). When an individual is charged with DUI, careless/reckless driving by the state, judge, attorney, or probation office, he/she has to get their clinical evaluation done for DUI before or after court proceedings. it is state-regulated. However, it is suggested to get the clinical evaluation done prior to your appearance in the court to show your good faith and accountability.
